The Xbox 360 Elite (the black one) is a totally different system. I mean it’s the same but it has more accesories than the others. There isn’t a chance you’ll get the Elite unless that is the system you sent back.

i just called xbox for my 360 and they said since it turned red i would get a new for free cuz of warranty but wut r the chances of me getting a black one

the only way you can get a black one in return, or better known as, the xbox 360 elite, is if you already have one and you send that in return for another. you cant get an elite in return for the regular 360’s cause they are different systems, well the same, with differences in price and accessories.

pretty slim. Its happend to me twice. I got it back and a month later same red lights. If you raise hell they will send you a free game. I got PGR 3 for my troubles.
